The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area.
The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour.
Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. It made our stay in Montecatini all that much more enjoyable.

Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room.
