The property is situated on a small, quiet walkway while still very near lots of shops, eateries, etc. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful balcony for enjoying early morning coffee with a view in the fresh air. We walked to St. Marks and several places on the Grand Canal. Just one note: the building has no elevator, so beware.

Well-kept property, basically as advertised. Very nice garden close to where one could eat breakfast outside, weather permitting. Very convenient location near the train station, and walkable (20 minutes or so) to St. Mark's square.

Really nice hotel, we had a very nice room with big windows facing a garden. The location is great to reach from the station with luggage, great to reach all other parts of the old city.
