Great hotel with superb breakfast. Ideal location, central to everything Porto...
8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
The location was excellent — truly a 10/10. The hotel is right in the city center and within walking distance of São Bento Station, making it very convenient for exploring Porto. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.
The only issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. We reported that it was not cooling properly, and although the staff made efforts to address the problem, it never worked as it should during our stay. The breakfast selection was adequate, but the eggs and other hot items were consistently served cold.
Aside from these issues, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff.

It is convienently located near San Bento train station. With a lot of attractions, activities and restaurants near by. It seems to be new renovated with modern bath, although no everyone would like the open layout. Breakfast is good for the price. It dose not have gym and pool. Guests could use the facilities in the sister hotel 7 mins away tho. Overall, as tourists, we like the hotel and would stay again in future.
