Teresa was super nice. She helped us save $50 USD with a coupon to a local beach club and held our belongings till after. That was extremely helpful. The location was both close and hidden away from traffic/music noise. We will definitely be returning.

Great location. Walking distance to center. Clean and cozy. Had everything we needed.

This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants.
My room was small and very basic, but the peaceful courtyard was beautiful and really the highlight of the stay. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re visiting the island for a night or two and want something simple, quiet, and well located.
