Well appointed and functional rooms, small for 2 but perfect for solo travelers. Location is great with the jimbocho subway station within 10 minute walk. Rooms are well insulated, and the buffet breakfast is great value for money.
The hotel can feel crowded at time though and judging from the breakfast attendance, the hotel was about half occupied by south Asians while i was there (Indians and Nepalese whom I could chat with), perhaps on a traveling tour.

Room was squishy for 4 (2adults and 2kids) but location wise, very close to a train station, quick ride to Tokyo station or Shinjuku, Shibuya or Gina. Lots of kombinis and restaurants around. Close to Tokyo Dome.

The location is very convenient and there is a lot of small restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Also walking distance to a few metro stations.
