I used the room to sleep in, nothing else. Overall very pleased and will use them again

Everything was good. The staff were friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. The only thing I would say is the park across the street is very active even at 3am, random people yelling throughout the night. Bring ear plugs to sleep.

I've stayed in many hotels in this area and thought this was excellent value for money. Super clean, ensuite toilet and shower, towels, in room coffee/tea and kettle, 24hr reception. You can easily pay twice as much in London for somewhere not as good!

The extraordinary friendliness of the staff makes us keep coming back to stay at this place every time we're in London. They make you feel like home, and comfortable and they will go above and beyond to help you if there is some need. The location of course is another key benefit of this hotel's location.
