Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. The kichen staff was also very good, specially Rossy who always made sure we got the best food

Rooms are wonderful. Hot water in thermos with tea in room is a nice touch. Bathrooms with soaker tubs are great.

All of the above! The staff was outstanding. They were very patient with me helped me in anyway they could. They made my trip to Cusco Peru, much more enjoyable.
