The room was great! The hotel staff were amazing. The room stayed cool and there was a screen door if the A/C wasn't on that allowed great air flow through the room. The only downside was the beach club and restaurant on site. The food was amazing but trying to get service or what you ordered could take over an hour. It wasn't isolated as we saw people treated this way the entire week. The hotel was awesome but the way the beach club is run was not good. It was enough of a problem we don't expect to return to this hotel in the future. If you don't plan on setting at the hotel beach club the whole week this is an amazing place to stay!
