Clean, modern rooms and helpful staff.
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Clean and newer amenities, breakfast was good and staff was helpful, priced well. Very walkable location to popular sites and byward. It’s in a little bit of a rougher area. Lots of security onsite so it felt safe but use caution when walking around the adjacent area

The property is well maintained. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms show no signs of being dated or worn out. The staff is super helpful and attentive. A complementary breakfast is well stocked and the outside spaces on the second and seventh floor Provide wonderful vantage point to observe the skyline of Ottawa. The on-site laundry is modern and all the machines are top-notch. The fitness centre is very basic and could use another flat bench. However it would be enough for anyone that needs to work out while they’re on the road underground parking is secure and will run you $28 a day. Second time staying at this location and will book it again for next year‘s travel.
