I love the breakfast buffet and the different options and the dinner buffet had different theme nights. All the food was exceptional. There were also beach chairs with umbrellas in front of the hotel that you could use for free. There was nothing I did not like about this five star resort

We have had an amazing 4 nights here. The hotel, the staff, the service, food and drinks are all on point, we spent around €575 which is very acceptable for 2, we was not wanting for anything. Excellent breakfast options Both A La Carte restaurants were excellent Location is excellent with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Highly recommend OKI (Asian, 2 mins walk) Only thing to advise is getting a sunbed can prove a challenge unless you pay to reserve and as we are late risers by the time we were going for breakfast most sunbeds were taken by both of the pools.

Fabulous holiday from start to finish. Food amazing, varied choice for all meals. Couldn't fault the hotel - the staff were all amazing - special mention to the bar staff by the pools. Thank you - we will be back.

I was at the beach and wanted to have a cocktail. Beach menu is different from pool menu and the regular cocktails are not available at the beach menu to order from the app so I wanted to get in person from the pool bar. Lo and behold, neither of the pool bars served me because I could not take glass to the beach area (but you can to the pool area where everything is concrete and high chance of getting broken). Bartenders told me the drinks in the beach area should be in paper cups and I said it was totally fine. They rejected again because they did not have paper cups… and they could not get for me although they have it at other stations. So I reluctantly got a beer from the beach menu, and the lovely person brought a lukewarm warm can of beer and apologized by saying “sorry it got warm in many hand on the way”. ;)) She walked 2 minutes from her area and it got like warm soup? Well, how about you just put it in a small bucket of eyes and bring like that? Is it too much to think? I am an easy going person as I happily enjoyed my warm beer as my expectations are not unreasonable and this did not change my perception about the hotel but a service at an impeccable 5-star establishment should be better. I loved all of the young energetic staff as they did their best, and I will visit this hotel again next year, but management should train their staff to better serve its customers, even spoil them at times to ensure the hotel is comparable to other 5 star hotels.
