8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Unfortunately the room allocated was next to a water pump creating a ridiculous amount of noise 24:7 but on speaking to a very nice helpful young man on reception we were moved to a suite at the back of the building which was very quiet indeed. Sorry don’t have his name but he was excellent in helping us

There were issues due to previous flooding, but we appreciate that things happen beyond one’s control. All in all, we enjoyed our time there.

Thank you for the upgrade during our stay. It was very nice.

Lovely suite with appropriate amenities for the area. Little issue with check in with the door code but after that the staff were polite and helpful. Ideal for a two day stay in Whistler.
