The room was very nice and clean. I didn't really interact with staff, but the few I did were very nice. I love the robotic front desk attendants. Breakfast was different, but good. Air conditioning was awesome, but if you have guests, make sure to get an additional card. You need the key card to get back up the elevator, so if you leave the room and remove the card, all the electricity cuts off automatically. So if you have a guest, make sure to get an additional card; otherwise, they will be left in the dark and without AC.

Excellent location, rooms were small and quirky check-in means limited staff contact. Shuttle bus was excellent, need to be in queue well in advance asnpopular with limited seats

When I reserve our rooms I include the breakfast. The breakfast was good kind of unique items was in the breakfast room.
About to amenity I wish the facial cleanser, toner and moisturizer for one time use package as other hotels.
Staff were very friendly.
