10 / 10Remarquable·juill. 2026
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff, in general, were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience very enjoyable.
There was, however, one interaction with a staff member that stood out because it was so different from everyone else. One evening, as we were returning from dinner, she appeared to be finishing her shift. When the elevator arrived, she stepped in and told us to wait for the next one instead of allowing us to ride with her. On another occasion, we asked for assistance arranging transportation to the airport, and she simply told us that it was the bellman’s responsibility and that he was not there at the time, without offering any alternative or additional assistance.
To be honest, I didn’t let these interactions affect my stay because every other member of the team provided outstanding service. The overall experience was excellent, and that’s why this particular attitude surprised me so much. Aside from those two interactions, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Not my first stay, very friendly staff. Beds are on the harder side but everything else is ok!
