We were in Paducah one night to visit National Quilt Museum the next day. This place fit our needs perfectly. Cool and clean bedroom with bathroom in historical district had easy access and free parking across the street with very little traffic at night. We will stay there again!

It was a pleasant stay.

The only thing I would say needed work was the yard/landscaping. Needs trimming and weeding. It made us wonder if we were at right location at first. It would look much more inviting if the front had good landscaping.
As for the houses themselves the were great.
James does a great job, very welcoming and takes care of all your needs. Rooms are great. Great service.
