our stay experience was good.
Drawback: There is no lift for the hotel. Staircase is little difficult to climb for elderly people, where the steps are steep high to climb

Well worth the price! Staff is very helpful and was very kind in arranging airport pickups/drop off tours etc. You can order food from your room at they will bring you delicious food from a wide raging menu right to your room. The hotel staff is very careful about security by checking IDs of any visitors which made me feel safe. One thing to keep in mind that this hotel is located in a narrow alley in the heart of Paharganj which a very busy bazaar area not a fancy neighborhood. Ideal for backpackers and budget tourists.
