The room, bed, pillows were all nice and clean. The room is small but was ok. The staff were mostly all good, the occasional reception staff was slightly rude but the vast majority were ok. The location is great in Chinatown and close to the MRT and many restaurants . I didn’t like the breakfast, was very average food, poor room design and room was too small for the number of people. The gym also needs to have more equipment.

Great location, very walkable and surrounded by amazing food. Staff were very lovely and helpful and the strong aircon in the lobby was such a relief everytime we returned after the Singapore heat
