The room was lovely and worked well for our family. Breakfast was really nice. The location is great - a little away from the center but still very close.

The Hugo Boutique Hotel is a lovely property that combines modern furnishings with the charm of a historic building. My room featured a balcony, air conditioning, a mini fridge, a high-quality mattress, and a handheld bidet sprayer (shattaf) in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including artichokes and fresh berries. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo along a lively pedestrian street lined with souvenir shops, cafés, a tram stop, and a local grocery store (Pam Local). The management and staff (Rocco and Jessica) were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful. Assistance is available 24/7 through direct contact, and they were especially helpful with taxi reservations and other requests, always responding promptly.
