Delphi Hotel

Stayed two nights june 24-26, we enjoyed this place and would stay again. Its a bit out of the way and a car is required although there are regular bus stops at the front gate. Had a well manicured garden and nice pool. A rocky beach is about a 3 minute walk. The room was clean, had all the amenities we expected and the bed was comfortable. They have two breakfasts, a light continental and a buffet. The continental was enough for us.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Delphi. This is a gem of a place! It has the best location right next to a bus stop that will take you to the best beaches on the island, round the corner is the nicest bakery you have ever been to and a simple local supermarket. If that is not enough there are many fabulous Greek Tavernas and lovely bars to visit and the wonderful Hovolos Beach just 5 minutes walk away. We had a lovely spacious room with a massive balcony and views of the sea and pool. The pool and bar was never busy. The rooms are basic but very practical with plenty of storage, comfortable beds and the best shower! Everything was spotlessly clean and the family owners always on hand to help. Thank you Dephi for a wonderful stay!

Had to wait ages to check in - they said they had no room!!! eventually shoe horned my family into a small room with two single beds for three nights until another room became available, which they made me pay extra for, this had a very poor quality bathroom, broken bath, no hook for the shower head and the open drain smelt. Over looking the back of the hotel grounds which was like a rubbish tip.The original ad said it included breakfast, which the hotel denied!!!!! Pool great front of hotel great, food ok, just don't believe the photos of the quality of the rooms!!!! Wifi went down after second day. Won't be going back!!!!
