Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No extra charge for drinking water or 3 days of luggage storage.

Staff friendly room well used but clean. Limited meal options ( breakfast). Traffic extensive delays through out day.

I stay here quite often. Great service staff and the room is always clean. Beginning to show its age though, but the location is very close to the subway station. It would be nice if they had a water kettle to make some coffee. I'd recommend you ask for a room on high floor and on the back side for quieter time from the very busy road in the front.
