The property met our needs well. They gave excellent communication about our arrival questions eforehand.
Things to be aware.
It's down a very long drive so best use sat nav to locate the turning.
There isn't a bar as far as we could tell. More guest house than hotel, which is fine.
Its minimally staffed at the front desk so best to call ahead if youre arriving late.
Bed was comfortable but the wooden frame projects at the corners and both myself and my wife bashed our shins! A word of warning at check-in woukd have been appreciated.
Very good breakfast.
The Jack in the Green gastro-pub is a very short drive away of you want an excellent dinner.

Lovely, comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location.
Near enough to walk into Cranbrook, which suited us very well.
We didnt have the breakfasts, as we needed to be out quite early
$$$$
