Fantastic central location with great restaurants right outside the door in the traffic-free piazza. Easy walking distance to many attractions and shops. Free mini bar - no alcohol but lots of much-needed water.
Staff were really friendly and helpful - ordered taxis for me and whats-apped me when they arrived.
Wasn’t obvious to find at first as the entrance is shared with a Baptish church with only a small sign for the hotel in the shared doorway.
Overall though I thoroughly recommend and I’d stay there again.

I can't help but express our gratitude for Rosalia, the receptionist's, exceptional professionalism and politeness. She went above and beyond. The hotel was clean, attentive to our needs, and situated in the heart of the main attractions. AMAZING. Highly recommend this hotel. Rosalia, you're a 10. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Appreciated an upgrade and Once inside a piece of heaven, lovely quality fixtures and fittings inc bath air on fantastic and location great. We had an issue getting a taxi early morning as the one reception booked didn’t arrive, so we needed to go to airport wasting train booking and extra cost…Top tip walk to the H&M taxi rank to ensure you can get one as usually a few in the rank.
