Great location - steps away from Shinjuku station. Amenities were wonderful - they even have hair ties & razors if you forgot yours. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Some floors have washing machine & ice machine which is also super convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location, Wonderful Staff & Impeccable Service
An excellent hotel in a fantastic location, just a 4-minute walk from Shinjuku Station’s South Exit, with easy access to trains, shopping, restaurants, and everything Tokyo has to offer.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really makes this hotel stand out is the wonderful staff. They are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, with assistance available 24/7. They were especially accommodating in helping us arrange luggage forwarding, making our travels around Japan so much easier.
A very pleasant and convenient stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!
