The room was very clean and spacious, but the best thing about our stay was how helpful the staff were. I had a problem (unrelated to the hotel) and they did everything to help me resolve it Thank you! I'll be back for certain!

Across the street from Shin Osaka station. Convenient when traveling on the Shinkansen. Nice breakfast buffet.

had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station! The location could not be better—it's located right next to the station, making it incredibly convenient for hopping on the Shinkansen or exploring the region.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. It provided the perfect, comfortable base for our travels.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or passing through Osaka, especially if you plan to rely on the train network!
