Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport

Property staff were very nice. Room was clean and well equipped with amenities. My only complaint is another guest let their dog roam free and got upset at us when it came in our room while our door was open.

Okay overnight stay for a long road trip. No complaints. Nice breakfast in the morning before hitting the road! Steve Szklany

The room rented was a 3 bed suite. Iwas cool and had plenty of room. 2 bathrooms and two large flat screen tv's. The property looks a bit older from the outside but has been updated inside The price was good and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included was pretty decent as well and had plenty of food. This hotel is also really close to the Ports which is very convenient.

The room was clean. The service at first was great but the next morning there was no warm breakfast, only bread ends and condiments. When asked about muffins etc, she basically said what we see is what we get and that the lady that normally prepares the food was not able to come in today. No worries, but the muffins don’t need to be cooked. The waffle mixture wasn’t even available and we make those. The following morning there was a good breakfast. However, I asked about getting our current towels replaced since this was the second night and she sent me to ask the ladies at the laundry who told me to wait until someone came to my room to take the used towels. That’s fine… but 5 hours later I’m having to go by the laundry area again and ask for some clean towels!! Had to cover up the AC unit in room due to people next door smoking something other than cigarettes outside. Other than all this, the stay was ok.
