This was an excellent property which we would happily stay in again. Well maintained, spotlessly clean and comfortable. You also could not ask for a more centrally located apartment in Fort Augustus, with all its amenities on your doorstep. However I have dropped a star as we were not provided with the door access code or room, as promised, on the day of our arrival. In fact we never received this information at all! Thankfully the very friendly cleaner provided us with access to our room. Had she not been there we would have had to make phone calls etc, which is an inconvenience, and not how it’s supposed to work.

"Our favorite place we stayed on our trip. We wished we’d stayed there longer. Right across the street from the canal and a block from the Loch. Great breakfast in the cafe downstairs!"
