I stopped at the Edge property first two weeks of June 2026. The property itself is ideally situated with LK Metro and Soi Bukao approx. 3 - 5 minutes walk behind the property with lots of bars, restaurants and Live music. You are also right on Second Row where you can jump on a bart bus round to Walking street, beach road and the assortment of bars, restaurants and all that goes on there. There is also plenty of good restaurants and bars right on your doorstep.
The condominium itself is excellent. It is a touch on the small side but I was alone and perfect for one/two people. Anymore than that it would be a bit tight. It is modern, clean with excellent facilities. The AC works well and the bathroom and shower are excellent with a nice large shower. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is very modern and is well equipped.
Check in is very straight forward but don't do what I did and not read the instructions. Read them and its straight forward and simple. The hosts thankfully answered my call and were very helpful. If I had read the instructions properly (and they are very simple) I wouldn't have had to contact them.
The Pool is on the roof (The 33rd floor) and you do need a head for hights, but you get a great view across the city and the Pool and surrounds are lovely.
Overall I had a great time while at the property and would recommend this property to anybody wanting to go to Pattaya. I will definitely be trying to book this one again for next year

Great location! Room was spotless. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Apartment had all the mod cons. Great kitchen, bathroom, iron and hairdryer. Would definitely come back. Five stars!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. Easy check-in. Great location. Nice studio apartment with espresso machine & washer and dryer! Host was easily accessable and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
