Clean room, close to transportation and interesting places. The small grocery store next door was a nice surprise.

Quiet, convenient location with lots of shopping and tourist area within walking distance. Room was quite, clean, and has nice amenities in room (free water, coffee, tea, toiletries) & lobby (bread, instant soup, coffee, ice cream).
AC in tatami room area quite dusty and carpet wasn't very clean. Walls need new fresh coat of paint as there are many scuff marks & some dirt/stain. Elevator has rank smell.
