We couldn't be more grateful for the kind staff at the reception. They helped us to find my partner's bag with his passport and wallet. We could understand why my friend strongly recommended this hotel and really enjoyed our stay.
At the beginning, we were a bit sad to find no refrigerator in the room. It was alright, however, there was a nice water server (still/sparkling) in every floor and supermarkets and bakeries near by. There is also a clean coin laundry in the neighbor.
