I like the transportation to and from the hotel. The bus to the mall also I didn’t like that there was no microwave. Otherwise great!

They have free shuttle bus service from Narita T2 & T1 - this leaves from Level 1 look for stand 16 and 27 respectively. They also have a shuttle which will take you into Tokyo - but I didn't use it - please ask the staff.
Over all this is a great hotel close to the airport - free transfer to and from the hotel makes it very easy to recommend to travellers - I will be staying there on my way out of Japan. Having a hotel that close to the airport take all the stress out of your last or first day in Japan.
