Fran Cove Motel

This is a cozy old-school Adirondack motel at a good price for the high season. The interior has a log cabin feel and all of the normal amenities of a motel. It was nice to park right in front of my room, and the room was quiet, despite a full parking lot (I think the rooms are spaced apart enough to allow this). The bed was very soft—I have not slept that deeply or comfortably in ages! For people who like soft beds, you’ll be happy here. The manager was friendly and helpful with my concern (some additional cleaning and supplies needed—he responded promptly and with kindness). I will revisit this place.

Nice place would stay again

This is a clean but old motel. We brought towels and pillows to improve our stay. I would recommend doing this. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. Easy to request more coffee for our second morning. Basically you get what you pay for here and that is perfectly acceptable. The staff was very nice.

Best place to stay in Lake George. I have tried many and this one is the best by far. The most friendly people.
