The hotel apartment is located near a subway station, easy for transport. Washing machine within the apartment is convenient. Easy to check in.

Staff provided excellent customer service and was very responsive (within 5-10 minutes). The room was nice and clean, great for couples or small families. Self service check-in and check-out noting that if you need luggage holding prior to check-in, you will need to bring 100 yen coins for the lockers.

The location is good, very close to a metro station. Family mart and 711 are also close. Quiet nice area and safe to go out and about at night. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. Would be helpful if it had its own iron. Everything else was within the apartment.
