Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!

The property was cosy and the neighbours downstairs and upstairs were very helpful and friendly. Staying in the property give me a sense of what it would be like to live in Torino compared to staying in a hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the landlord was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to both tourists and business people. My visit to Torino was for business and I was happier to stay in this type of accommodation rather than a hotel since it was more homely and give me a flavour of living in Italy, I got to know two of the permanent residents. One was a business man which further endorsed the property and the other was an elderly lady who give me a friendly farewell when I left the property.

Perfect for 1 person like myself. About 20 minutes from Porta Nueva Train station. Some supermarkets and shops nearby. Has everything you need for a short stay. Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc.
Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy.
