The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive.
Overall good value for dollar.
Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!

The staff were all amazing! I love how friendly they all were. The tours were so much fun and the guides were knowledgeable and very kind.

I appreciated that a hotel as lovely as this was still welcoming to families. Breakfast was delicious. We recommend going to local restaurants for lunch and dinner - Il Pepperoni and Al Chile were favorites. We also appreciated the monkey bridge that brought a family of 20+ monkeys to the tree next to our room! A trip highlight. Our final morning we visited Sibu Wildlife Refuge and it was incredible.
