Amani at the desk was excellent: kind and courteous. Made us feel welcome.

Room clean minus scraping on the floors from peoples luggage. Continental breakfast was amazing. Only major complaint was that the WiFi didn’t work, which was a big deal because we needed it for work, and we were told we’d be compensated for the inconvenience but never were.
