8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
bathroom didn't have a hand towel and no makeup mirror, being only 5ft, the mirror they had in the bathroom was too tall for me and no glass to use for brushing teeth

The hotel and the staff were great. The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). Other than this it was a lovely stay over and it was very comfortable! Thank you
