Very clean, beautiful room and very nice staff .

Air Conditioning in our first room did not work well room was very warm at night . Room 71 . Need to ask to lower the temperature below 23c . Second room was better Room 75 needed to ask to change rooms , but the fan speed is not adjustable in both rooms . Room was clean with good views .

Great area many shops near by easy access to tram

The apartments were nice and clean with a big balcony. Lots of free amenities like slippers, hair and skin care products, free water and soda, glasses chilled in the fridge, tea and cookies. We had self-check in with no staff at place (it was Sunday) and could not find the proper room to leave our luggage. Luckily, a very nice cleaning lady let us left our luggage in our room before check-in time. We personally do not like Trastevere neighbourhood as it is quite deteriorated, dirty and feels unsafe, but the apartment is really good and 10 min walk from Trastevere train station.
