10 / 10Remarquable·juill. 2026
Extremely friendly and courteous staff, in particular the lady who checked us in and the breakfast team.
The hotel is being systematically renovated and the public areas are of a high standard. Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it.
The price we paid represented excellent value for money.
Free and secure parking in a dedicated building adjacent to the hotel.

Room, although small was good in terms of its facilities. A fan in the room he!ped in hot weather. It was up some steep stairs which were a bit difficult with a suitcase. However, breakfast was excellent!

Great location - right in the centre of Frome (Market Square). Welcoming staff. Good value and tasty meals. Our room was clean and well equipped.
The only downside was the noise from the kitchen extractor fan was loud when our window was opened (hot day). Fortunately, the noise stopped when the kitchen closed, so did not affect sleeping.
