Clean room and helpful staff
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
We believed from Expedia that there was an airport shuttle and there was not.
8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
Pros: room was clean & comfortable, appliances worked well, housekeeping was good, convenient to airport
Cons: no hotel entrance auto-opening doors for elderly or handicapped, someone would have to open the door and hold it open, no breakfast offered, front desk has limited hours
Neutral: 15-20 minutes from downtown, spacious rooms

Always a good experience at the Aspen. The only thing they could upgrade is the front doors, make them automatic so it's easier to get through them. Otherwise, I love staying there!
