Wonderful hotel! Ruben Callejo and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly, we fell like belonging to the town. If you are in Ponferrada it’s a must stay!!

Great location. Spacious and clean rooms. Beds were reasonably comfortable too. Air conditioning in the room but no fridge or kettle for tea/coffee.
