The hotel is in the gothic area of Barcelona and plenty of restaurants, shops, bakeries and bars are within walking distance - usually within the same block. The area was clean and had a lot of walking traffic. Taxi and bus service very close by as well as the subway. Staff was helpful, spoke good English and was knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable but the pillows could be changed out. Otherwise no complaints.
