the room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable and the check in and check out worked well The only thing that would have improved it would be a basic breakfast left out

We took the cheaper room(s) and, although small, they were cosy and spotless, and the bathroom was modern. The check-in process is fully automated, simple to use and worked well.
There was plenty of parking available at the hotel at all times.
A bonus was the complimentary coffees and biscuits available in the lounge area which acted as breakfast for us.
We will definitely stay here again when next visiting friends in Cheltenham.
