Very scenic location in the hillside facing the lake and castle.
Easy walk to Arona waterfront for a nice stroll / ferry terminal or lunch & Dinner.
The breakfast great and had dinner at hotel one night and food was perfect. Great wine selection too.
We had a Balcony room and the lake / Mountain views were nice. Sunsets were beautiful. Sunrise if your up early faces right at the room.
Easy drive to MXP airport too.

All fine, but this time water leakage on my bathroom and no hot water for 4 hours

Excellent hotel. Cross the street, and there is a little path that gets you down into the water. The only thing I didn't like was that the main road was right underneath our balcony, and it was impossible to have a conversation out there without some motorcycle group interrupting it. Maybe request a room on the top floor... it might be quieter up there.
