My daughter and I had a great stay. Checking in was seamless and local information was provided.
The room was perfect and a fan was provided.
The food for breakfast offered choices.
The location is perfect for access to the tram and buses.

Great location if you want to be on the quiet outskirts of the hustle. The tram drops you within sight of the front door, so it's super easy to get to Edinburgh proper via public transport. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance - however the posted hours are more suggestions than actual hours. Some didn't open when expected. Some were closed before posted closing times. If you are a night owl, you'd best eat early, hit the market for late night munchies or be prepared to walk to Storries Bakery (which I'd suggest anyway because it was great - try their steak pie YUM).
Our room was right on the tram line so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs & an eye mask.
Attendants were very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in every way. A home from home. Excellent location, amenities and off road parking. The kitchen for help yourself breakfast is a great idea. Immaculate in every aspect. Craig was a gentleman and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you, we will be back 😊
