The room was spacious and clean. The food was great as well but what impressed me the most was the customer service. A guest service supervisor by the name of Mariana reached out to us to make sure that everything was on point. She went above and beyond. She even went out of her way to have the chef make fried red snapper after I inquired about it. She suggested restaurants, activities and made reservations for us. Furthermore, she sent little treats to our room throughout the day such as champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and even had our jacuzzi filled with rose petals for a romantic night. I would 1000% recommend this hotel to anyone celebrating a special event with a significant other. They truly embody the meaning of hospitality.

The staff at the property was great. A special thank you to Laura, our personal concierge. She was exceptional and took care of all our needs. Her attentiveness enhanced our experience. There is one aspect that was a little disapointing, was the division of guests. The property offers Reserve rooms at higher price which includes the use of extra onside amenities such as an additional pool, bar and restaurant. So if you are not staying in this type of room, you are not permitted to use these areas. While I understand paying extra for larger room and services such as the spa, I disagree with restricting access to amenities. Walking past these areas knowing they are off limits lessen the otherwise enjoyable and relaxing stay.

My sister and I recently stayed at Paradisus La Perla in Playa del Carmen, and we had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived. The resort has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, but it's also a great destination for sisters or friends looking for a fun, relaxing trip to Playa del Carmen. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Monica at the front desk. She made check-in seamless and immediately made us feel valued as guests. Shortly afterward, we met Luis (aka "Padrino"), who introduced himself as our dedicated Food & Beverage Host. Luis truly elevated our vacation experience. He checked in with us every day to make sure everything was going well, recommended restaurants based on our preferences, and even handled all of our dining reservations. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Another standout was Gabriela from the Guest Services team. She reached out to us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, which was such a thoughtful touch. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning in our original room, but Gabriela responded immediately. She quickly arranged for us to be moved to another room and made sure the transition was smooth and stress-free. Her prompt attention and commitment to making things right ensured our vacation remained exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the overall vibe

First of all, we were there the middle of June for six days, we get to our room our AC is not working. It took practically till 10 o’clock until they gave us another room. Secondly, the guest services people were rude. It seemed like they didn’t want to do their job.. They were not very welcoming. You ask them for help and it’s like you’re bothering them. The staff at the restaurants. We’re so nice and welcoming the guys at the bars at the pool were amazing.. angel was very sweet and welcoming. I will not be returning.. this hotel I give it a 6 of 10.
