Overpriced but we were there 4th July weekend

Great location and staff. Rooms were dark and bit outdated especially the bathroom. It was clean enough but expected better for the price.
Hotel is in a prime location so it was noisy and we were woken up by garbage trucks, car doors slamming or loud pedestrians as early as 6am as we were given first floor rooms.
Parking was horrendous given the location.
