A very nice hotel with facilities and right on the bank of the Tyne river. It was a very hot period and aircon excellent.
However sitting outside overlooking the river at very run and rotten tables. My beer almost fell over as the hole was so big. Grass stumps were growing under the table. A little TLC was needed to make it nice to look over to a fabulous city.
We loved our 3 night stay

Clean room, although the bathroom is a bit dated; overall acceptable, and being near the river is so chill.
