The Expedia page said Hôtel had airport shuttle but there was no shuttle available, which seems to be an Expedia issue.
The hotel phone number provided on Expedia page, as well as the hotel website, was out of service. Could not reach hotel to discuss late arrival. Also hotel did not answer messages on Expedia message portal requesting details on late arrival and airport shuttle.
On plus side the hotel was centrally located and short walk to train station to get to airport.

Super close to the centre of Brussels. An easy walk to main attractions and the tram for easy travelling to the train station. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is a good price and in a good location. However, it is impossible to get into contact with the hotel to arrange a late check in as advertised. Tried ringing and emailing directly several times and through Expedia yet never was able to get hold of them.
