We enjoyed staying at Ciqala. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, specially Joshua, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. I had forgotten that breakfast was included with our stay, until I received a reminder text to order it for room service the next day. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Paula at the front desk was excellent. The breakfast was a nice touch and easy to order. The parking was tight in the hotel. Use the other parking lot which is was much easier. My family and I enjoyed it.
