Shower water was very cold. Otherwise, everything was great.

We chose to stay in the treehouse and had an excellent time. It’s very rustic! The pools and hot tubs are quite worn down and we chose not to use them, but we wanted a treehouse experience and boy did we get it for a very reasonable cost. There is a security guard which makes it feel safer. There is a restaurant on site which made it easy. Food was just ok for us. Still giving a great rating because we had such a fun experience. Beds are like rocks and pillows are huge and sucked but for one night, it was perfect for the authentic experience of a treehouse. They don’t speak English so be prepared to translate.

It is a very nice place with a lot of activities, specially for the children. Staff is very friendly and fast acting. We enjoy the Canopy a lot, thanks guys for the attention and patience during this activity.

Sure there were a lot of hot tubs but there quite a few that wasn’t working. It seemed like they were in the middle of doing maintenance/ repairs.
Do not book the Chalet if you are looking for clean and comfort. The couches were stained, the stairs to the loft is narrow and the walk same walkway was terrifying.
You need a wristband to enjoy the “attractions” and you have purchase the breakfast at the reception desk.
