Wonderful service -all around.

Other than the fact that like all other nice and convenient hotels the price is always more than you want to pay, in Oakland, this is your pick. Avoid the house rental stuff that's killing neighborhoods and stay at the Kissel.

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Andrea at the front desk and Angie in the café were exceptional. Overall, I had a beautiful stay at your building.
